The building features a four-window advanced gabled end, which includes a ground floor canted bay window that is bipartite, positioned above a heavily hood moulded trapezoid-headed doorpiece. The dormer heads are also trapezoid-headed and are set within stilted gables.
The gabled front facing St Ninians Road has two windows, one of which is a bipartite canted bay, and it also features a similar trapezoid-headed doorpiece. The building is adorned with decorative bargeboarding and finials at the gables, and it has a slated roof.
