Description
3 Clifford Road is a mid-Victorian, two-storey, symmetrical semi-detached house constructed of coursed rubble. Each side features two bays, with the outer bays gabled. The ground floor has a canted bay window, while the first floor has bipartite windows set within the gabled bays. The entrance includes a trapezoid-headed doorpiece with a hood-mould, and there are trapezoid dormer-headed windows above. The plans of the two halves are reversed. The house is adorned with decorative bargeboarding and has a slated roof. Flanking screen walls have been converted into garages.
