Description

Gartincaber House is a building comprising original 17th-century sections, with alterations and additions from the 18th and 19th centuries. The original part is three storeys high and features unusual sculpted and inscribed dormer heads. A large addition, dated 1820, incorporates a Gothic balconied bay window. This section is also three storeys high with crowstepped gables to the second-floor windows. A further addition was made in 1843. The exterior is harled with margins throughout. The interior contains features of interest.
