Description

Gartincaber Tower is a two-storey, ruinous, rubble-built tower dating to 1790. It is an unusual gothic octagon, topped with a crenellated parapet. The exterior features a staircase with an iron railing, which is now partly broken. Traces of harling remain on the exterior. The tower serves as a landmark, and further details can be found in M.S. Mackay, page 61.
