Description

Helensfield is an earlier 19th century house situated on Fore Street, Kippen. It is a single storey and attic structure with three bays. The external walls are harled with painted margins. The front features a central entrance door flanked by narrow side lights, above which is a rectangular ornamental fanlight. The windows are arranged with lying-pane glazing. Three small, gabled dormers are set into the roof. The roof is covered in slate and has straight skews. End stacks are present.
