Description

Glebe House is a late 18th century building situated on Main Street, Kippen. It is a two-storey house of four bays, with a projecting two-bay wing to the left. A central doorway is flanked by an inscription reading "pax intrantibus salus exeuntibus benedictio habitantibus." The facade features four windows to both the ground and first floors; a later bow window replaces the original right-hand ground floor window. The roof is slate, with end stacks. A substantial 19th century addition extends from the rear of the building, featuring an M-shaped roof.
