Gableview, Rennie's Loan, Kippen

Gableview is a late 18th century, two-storey, three-bay house located on Rennie's Loan in Kippen. The exterior is finished with modern harl. A central door is framed by chamfered stone margins, with one original window situated above. All other first-floor windows are modern and break through the eaves. The gable ends feature a crow-stepped design, and the house has end stacks. The roof is covered in slate. A later rear wing incorporates a forestair. Statutory address and listed building record were revised in 2019, it having previously been listed as 'Mrs Buchanan Main Street (North Side)'. The property shares a statutory address with The Coach House and Betty's, also on Main Street.
