3 Bow Street, Stirling

3 Bow Street in Stirling is a two-storey terraced tenement building, constructed in 1960. It features a four-bay design with a stair tower on the right, positioned against a corner building that includes Nos 1 and 3 Broad Street, which are listed separately. The structure is made of red sandstone rubble with ashlar margins, and it has an eaves band and projecting cills.

On the east elevation facing Bow Street, there are four windows to the left with regular fenestration above. To the right, at the base of the stair tower, there is an entrance framed by a roll-moulded surround, with a panel above it at the first floor. Windows are located above this entrance, with one on the north face at the first floor and additional windows on the north and east faces at the second floor.

The west elevation has four bays at the ground level, featuring a window to the left of centre, a small window to the right of centre, a window on the outer right, and a small window on the outer left. The upper level has regular fenestration, including swept dormers that break the eaves to the left of centre and on the outer right. The building is fitted with UPVC tilt and turn windows, has graded grey slates on the roof, and a central ridge stack with two cans.
