Description

Dated 1960. 2-storey, 4-bay and stair tower to right set against corner building (Nos 1 and 3 Broad Street, listed separately). Terraced tenement. Red sandstone rubble with ashlar margins. Eaves band, projecting cills.

E (BOW STREET) ELEVATION: 4 windows to left, regular fenestration above. To right, at left foot of stairtower entrance in roll moulded surround with panel above at 1st floor. Windows above at 1st in N face and at 2nd in N and E face.

W ELEVATION: 4 bays at ground, window to left of centre, small window to right of centre, window to outer right, small window to outer left. Regular fenestration above, swept dormers, breaking eaves to left of centre and outer right.

UPVC tilt and turn windows, graded grey slates, ridge stack to centre with 2 cans.
