Old Polmaise Bridge is a small road bridge, likely built around 1790, that spans a narrow burn flowing from the River Forth. It is constructed of squared and stugged sandstone, featuring wing walls that curve in plan and slope down from the center. The bridge has a voussoired arch ring and a coped wallhead.
