Description

25 High Street in Lanark is a mid-19th century building featuring two storeys and an attic, with a total of five windows. The exterior is made of painted ashlar stone. There is a central pend with modern shop fronts on either side. Below the first-floor windows, there is a band course, and the windows themselves have architraves and cornices. The building is topped with a main cornice and a blocking course. It also has three later canted and gabled dormers, along with end stacks, and is covered by a slate roof.
