Description
The parish church, located on Kirk Road in Kirkoswald, dates primarily from 1777. It also incorporates elements from 1677, including a Dutch bell with rusticated quoins. The building exhibits fine Palladian details, though these are now considered less impactful due to the removal of original harling. It remains in ecclesiastical use. Architectural details are further discussed in "Architecture of Scottish Post Reformation Churches" on pages 91, 194, and 249.
