Walled Garden, Binna Ness House, Binna Ness

This building is an outbuilding associated with Binna Ness House, constructed in 1834. It is a two-storey, three-bay symmetrical house with a rectangular plan, featuring a later wing and a gabled range of outbuildings at the rear. The walls are made of whitewashed rubble, and the windows are margined. The principal elevation faces east and is symmetrical, with a modern lean-to timber porch centered at the ground level, flanked by windows in the side bays. At the first floor, there are piend-roofed dormers that break the eaves.

The windows are 12-pane timber sash and case types. The roof is covered with purple-grey slate and features symmetrically placed four-flue ridge stacks with stone copes and chimney cans.

The outbuilding itself is a single-storey structure with a whitewashed rubble gabled range, which includes a variety of windows and vertically boarded timber doors. It has a grey slate roof with skylights. To the west side of the outbuildings, there is a random rubble wall that encloses the area and extends north from the northern gable.

Additionally, there is a rectangular walled garden located on a sloping site adjacent to the principal elevation. This garden is enclosed by substantial random rubble walls.
