Description

Circa 1890. Bridge of flat-arch, hump-backed girder bridge of rivetted scissor braced steel construction with timber boarded deck. Approaching flanks each marked by 2 pairs of red sandstone ashlar corniced piers with pyramidal caps cushioned on ball feet, with ball finials, each pair terminating a short stretch of saddleback-coped wall.
