30 Abbey Court, Kelso

15 Abbey Court in Kelso is an earlier 19th century building featuring two storeys, an attic, and a basement, arranged in an L-shaped plan. The main facade faces west and consists of an irregular nine-bay front made of coursed squared rubble with polished dressings. Most of the windows are bipartite, and there are entrances accessed by railed steps at the third, fifth, and seventh bays. There are later timber porches at numbers 26 and 30. The building has a moulded eaves-course, a bellcast slated roof that is piended to the north and south, straight skews, and brick stacks. Additionally, there are two piended slate dormers in the attic. The property is also marked by a wall and three square ashlar gatepiers, which have cornices and shallow pyramidal cappings.
