Boundary Walls, Minto Estate Former Dairy, Cleughhead

The former dairy at Minto Estate, located at Cleughhead, is an early 20th-century building designed in the Arts and Crafts style. It is a two-storey, three-bay structure with a rectangular plan and features a shallow-pitched bell-cast piended roof, along with a central timber porch. The exterior is constructed of grey sandstone random rubble, accented with red and grey sandstone dressings, while the northeast side is harled. The building includes Diocletian windows and has single-storey projections on the northeast and southeast sides.

On the southwest, or principal elevation, the entrance is accessed through a porch with a bell-cast roof, supported by a timber arcade on a stone dwarf wall. The entrance features a timber boarded door that is glazed in the upper third. Diocletian windows are present on both the ground and first floors. The northwest elevation has a central Diocletian window at the ground floor, topped by a bullseye window with radial glazing above.
