Description

The Joiner's Shop in Stobo is an early 18th-century building that was part of a range of structures, most of which were destroyed to make way for the railway. It features good whinstone masonry and whinstone lintels. Notably, there is a hole above the fireplace for a rantle tree that is still visible.
