The front facing Albert Road features a large round-headed entrance on the right, which leads to Armatage Street, with a shop to the left. Above, there is a pair of bipartite windows on the first floor. The exterior is rendered to resemble coursed bull-faced rubble with smooth margins and is topped with a slate roof.
