Description

4 and 6 Bridge Street in Kelso is a Gothic-style building dated 1870. It features two bays and stands three stories high with an attic. The original shops are located on either side of a central gabled door at the ground level. The first-floor windows are all bipartite with arched heads, and there is a machicolated cornice above them. The building has straight skews with rectangular end-stacks and a slated roof that includes two gabled dormers in the attic.
