Later 19th century, two storey, 4 bay front to St Ella's Place, rubble, ashlar dressings, some margins rendered, ground floor windows flanking door enlarged? to bipartites. Blocked door in right hand bay. Front to St Ella's Wynd rendered and lined as ashlar. Square brick stack at wallhead. Slated roof, piended to North.
