Description

Wm Scott & Son is a later 19th-century building located on Chapel Street in Eyemouth. It is two storeys high with an attic and features two bays. The ground floor has been altered to create an Edwardian shop front. The façade is rendered and lined to resemble ashlar, with rendered margins and straight skews. The roof is slated, and there is a tall brick stack at the centre of the front wall-head and the east gable, which is rendered to imitate rock-faced rubble. The building has trade signs, including a painted wooden boot located between the windows on the first floor at the front and on the east gable.
