Description
5-7 Forbes Place in Paisley is a terrace building dating from around 1830. It has three storeys and an attic, featuring ten bays constructed from ashlar stone. The building has architraved doors with consoled cornices, one of which is paired with a window, while the door at No. 5 has been altered to a window. The windows are also architraved with cill brackets, and those on the first floor have cornices. Most of the 12-pane sash windows remain unaltered. The building has an eaves cornice and a blocking course, topped with a slate roof that includes two canted, piended dormers and corniced stacks.
