Balloch Mill is a single-storey building constructed from rubble, featuring lofts. It has a decayed 12-foot waterwheel that operates with a single gear and belt drive, dating from the 19th century. The mill was re-categorised from grade B to grade C in 2006, specifically for its group interest. The listing applies to both the interior and exterior of the building, as is appropriate for this type of structure.
