William Stirling 1823-4 retaining older "back jamb".

2-storey 3-window front, rubble built with drovel

margins and dressings; cornice, blocking course; ground

floor windows tripartite with wooden mullions; panelled

pilaster doorpiece with cavetto splay and inverted

fanlight. Offices adjoin.
