Description

Inveraven, located on Main Street in Bridgend, is a large classic villa built around 1810. The building is three stories tall with an attic and features a two-story and basement section on the east side. It is constructed of rubble stone and has a projecting entrance bay with a pediment on the east. The west river front has three windows and is adorned with a giant order of Ionic pilasters. There is a blocking course raised over the central bay, which has a canted dormer above it, and the roof is hipped and slated.
