Circa 1810. Large classic villa. 3-storey (2-storey and

basement on E) painted rubble, pedimented doric columned

porch on E. W-river front 3-window, giant Ionic order,

coupled columns at centre bay, pilasters at ends; blocking

course raised and stepped at central feature: hipped slated

roof.
