Description

Loyal House in Alyth was built by Andrew Heiton & Son in 1850, with extensions and gardens laid out later. In 1877-1878, a large Edwardian stairhall was added. The building is two stories high and constructed of coursed stugged rubble. It features a symmetrical twin-gabled south front, complemented by a later asymmetrical twin east wing that includes bay windows and bargeboards. The west entrance elevation has a neo-Tudor porch.
