Description
Newton Of Ballunie is a two-storey building dated 1808, featuring a red ashlar front with margins. The facade is three windows wide, with the central bay advanced and topped by a truncated pediment gable and chimney. It has an oval date porch and a contemporary porch with a similar profile. The gables are harled, and the building has a four-pitched roof with gable chimneys. There are some later additions at the rear. Additionally, there is a small steading with stairs leading to the loft.
