Description

The 'Fort' at Taymouth Castle was originally built in the 18th century. It features a central semi-circular arch with a triple keystone, flanked by side screens that have three semi-circular openings. The central wall is raised and includes a gothic window, while the side screen walls are also crenellated, along with drum towers. The structure is harled with margins and is currently in a derelict state.
