Description
Newhall at Taymouth Castle is a single-storey building with lofts, constructed from rubble around 1803. It features a long, nearly symmetrical east-facing front in a Gothic style. The centre has a truncated gable with a crenellated top and large sunk crosses, along with a semi-circular pend arch flanked by niches. There are seven bays on either side; the south side has seven Gothic windows, while the north side includes five four-centred cart sheds and two windows, with niched end bays. The building is currently in a dilapidated condition, unoccupied, and has been condemned due to its poor state of repair.
