Description

4 St John's Place is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys tall with an attic, and four storeys on the St John's Place side. The structure features a single window quadrant corner and is finished in stucco with painted margins on the ground floor, which serves as a warehouse. The roof is slated and includes one piended roof and one modern dormer. The chimney has been rebuilt in brick facing Kirkgate.
