64, 66, and 68 High Street in Perth is an earlier 19th-century building featuring four storeys and an attic. The ground floor is painted and includes a shop front. The building has three windows, each adorned with consoled cornices and decorative friezes at the first floor. The second and third floors have shouldered architraves and corbels positioned under the cills. Additionally, there are two canted dormers and a slated roof.
