Description

3 St John's Place in Perth is a building dating from around 1840. It is three stories tall with an attic and features a one-window ashlar front facing St John's Place. The side facing Kirkgate has three windows and is constructed of rubble with stone dressings. There is a one-window quadrant corner, and the ground floor, which is painted, houses a public house. The building has a slated roof and square shafted chimneys.
