Description

17, 19, 21, and 23 St John Street in Perth is an early 19th century building featuring three storeys and an attic. The exterior is finished in painted ashlar and has seven architraved windows facing St John's Street. There are four additional windows, one of which is blind, located on the gable and two on the wing that faces St John's Place. One window has blind side lights and is positioned at the quadrant corner to St John's Place. The building is adorned with widely spaced modillions at the cornice and includes three dormers. The ground floor is occupied by shops.
