Description

Catochil is an early 19th century former small mansion-house located in a desolate hill setting. The building is two stories tall with a basement and features a three-window facade that is harled. It has a belt course, cornice, and blocking course, along with a piended roof that is platformed and has two chimneys. The center of the front is advanced and includes a Doric pilaster doorpiece with a rectangular fanlight and a fluted panel at the blocking course. The back wing remains unaltered.
