Description
The Kirk of St Bride, located on School Wynd in Abernethy, was designed by James Ballingal in 1802. It is a plain gothic rectangular building featuring a droved ashlar north side and a square bellcote at the west gable. A later porch has been added to the west, along with a session house at the east. The north elevation includes two large windows, which are flanked by smaller windows at the gallery level, with doors below that have now been converted to windows. The central door on the south side has been blocked. The building has been reglazed and refurnished.
