Description
Dunkeld Bridge, located over the River Tay on Bridge Street in Dunkeld, is a significant structure completed in 1809. It measures 685 feet in length and features seven segmental arches, with the central arch spanning 90 feet, two arches of 84 feet, two arches of 74 feet, and two land arches also measuring 90 feet. The bridge is constructed of ashlar stone and was engineered by Thomas Telford between 1805 and 1809.
