Description

Later 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay, asymmetrical, rectangular-plan, plain parsonage-style manse. Steeply raked roof. Squared and tooled sandstone coursers with ashlar margins to openings. Chamfered reveal to openings.

SE (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: advanced porch, lean-to roof, pointed arch entrance, square headed door with pointed arch fanlight. Advanced gabled bay to right; 2 windows to ground and 1st floor; gablehead chimney. Window to bay to left at ground, battered window with gable breaking eaves.

NW (REAR) ELEVATION: advanced single storey lean-to bay to right, door to left; advanced gabled bay to right, modern extension abutting to right.

NE (SIDE) ELEVATION: bipartite window with stone mullion to ground at rear.

SW (SIDE) ELEVATION: irregular fenestration.

Stained wood, sash and case windows. Graded grey slate roof. Stone gablehead stacks. Ashlar coped skews and bracketed skewputts.

BOUNDARY WALL: squared sandstone coursers.
