Description
14 Burns Street is an early 19th-century, two-storey terraced pair of two-bay houses. The exterior is harled with stone and rendered dressings. Each house features paired doors at the center, with a small window flanking the right side and small windows above. The outer bays have regular fenestration.
The windows are timber sash and case, with either 4-pane or plate glass glazing patterns. The roofs are covered with grey slates, and there are stone skews. The houses have slate-hung dormers, with the left dormer being canted and earlier, while the right dormer is piended. There are cast-iron rooflights, and a stone stack is located on the mutual left gable, with a brick stack on the right.
