Description
10 Burns Street is an early 19th century, two-storey pair of terraced houses. Nos 8 and 10 feature painted rubble, while No 12 has a harled finish with painted margins.
The building has three doors grouped at the center: the house door is flanked on the left by the door to No 12 and on the right by a shop door with a window. To the left of the center, there are three windows at the ground floor (for No 12) and one window on the outer right. The first floor has four regularly spaced windows.
No 12 has original four-pane timber sash and case windows, while Nos 8 and 10 have modern windows. The roof of No 12 is covered with original grey slates, while Nos 8 and 10 have shiny slates. There is a mutual ashlar wallhead stack at the center, along with brick mutual gable stacks and a stack at the rear.
