Description
1 Parkend Avenue in Saltcoats is an earlier 19th century building that stands two storeys tall with an attic and features three bays. The exterior is finished in painted stucco, accented by contrasting rusticated stone quoins, a plinth, margins, and an eaves course. The central entrance is highlighted by a pilastered doorpiece with a round-arched head and a scrolled keystone. All the windows are fitted with sashes. The building also includes two piended canted dormers and a small round-headed central light. It has straight skews, end stacks, and a slate roof.
