Description

Beechgrove is a mid-19th century, single-storey and attic cottage with three bays. It is constructed of ashlar. The front features a centrally recessed, pilastered doorway, flanked by windows with lying-pane glazing. Pilasters are also present on the outer elevations. A continuous eaves course runs along the top of the walls, and the roof is slate-covered with two piended canted dormers. There are end stacks.
