Description
1-3 Regent Street in Keith are early 19th century, two-storey houses that form part of a short terrace. The buildings have a four-bay frontage to the street, featuring a single canted angle bay and an irregular two-bay return gable to the side lane. The exterior is made of harl pointed rubble with tooled ashlar margins.
The entrance for house number 1 has a plain painted ashlar corniced doorpiece located at the angle, while house number 3 has an off-centre entrance to the street. The first floor has regular fenestration with 12-pane glazing, although some ground floor windows have been enlarged and fitted with modern glazing. The houses have end and ridge stacks and are topped with a slate roof.
