Description

3 The Square in Cullen is a two-storey building, likely designed by William Robertson around 1823. It features an angle block with three bays facing The Square to the north and a single bay on Grant Street, which includes a distinctive bowed angle bay. The structure is made of rubble with contrasting painted joints and margins. The north elevation has a central doorway, and the bowed angle bay also contains a doorway. To the right of the entrance, there is an enlarged shop window that flanks the centre entrance of No 1. The building primarily has 12-pane glazing and is topped with a slate roof that is piended at the bowed angle. A single corniced stack is located at one end.
