Description
30 and 32 Seafield Street in Cullen are a pair of two-storey houses built between 1820 and 1825, with a later attic added. The buildings have four bays and feature some later shop window insertions at No 32A. They are constructed from rubble with tooled ashlar margins. The ground floor has an alternating pattern of windows and doors, with panelled doors at both original entrances and 12-pane glazing. No 32A includes a modern shop with a doorway. The first floor has a regular four-window pattern with 2-pane glazing and a single late 19th century canted dormer. The houses have end stacks and a slate roof.
