Description

18 Seafield Street in Cullen is a building dating from around 1825. It has a two-storey structure with a four-bay frontage that is rendered and features later long and short detailing. The facade includes two central doors and a slightly enlarged window to the right of No. 20. There is a band course between the ground and first floors, and the windows have two-pane glazing. The building has a single end stack and a slate roof.

At the rear, there is a single-storey, six-bay wing that was previously two separate dwellings. This wing is also rendered and lined to resemble ashlar, with four-pane glazing and a pantile roof.
