Description
12A Seafield Street in Cullen is a building from the later 19th century. It is two stories tall with an attic and features a two-bay street front. There is a pend entrance on the left side that leads to the rear range of the building. The structure is made of rubble with tooled ashlar dressings. The ground floor has a narrow three-bay shop frontage, which includes a central entrance flanked by windows. On the first floor, there are two canted oriel windows, and the roof has two canted dormers. The glazing consists of two- and four-pane windows. The building has concrete coped end stacks and skewputts, and it is topped with a slate roof.
