5 Chapel Street in Findochty is a cottage built in the early to mid-19th century. It is a single storey with a dormerless attic and features three bays, serving as the center cottage in a terrace of three. The exterior is rendered with contrasting painted joints and includes long and short dressings. The entrance is centrally located and has a panelled door with 12-pane glazing. There are end stacks and a slate roof.
