Early-mid 19th century. Single storey and attic, irregular

4-bay cottage. Dry dashed, rendered margins. Off-centre

entrance and later wallhead gabled dormer with bipartite.

2-pane glazing. End and ridge stacks; slate roof.

Single storey lean-to addition at rear.
