157 Seatown in Cullen is an early 19th century single-storey cottage with three bays. The exterior is rendered and lined to resemble ashlar, featuring contrasting painted margins. It has a central entrance and 12-pane glazing. The cottage has end stacks and a modern concrete tiled roof. There is also a modern rear extension.
