Description

The Old Church of St John features a burial ground enclosed by coped rubble walls, containing tombstones from the 18th, 19th, and 20th centuries. At the north entrance, there are paired square ashlar piers topped with moulded flat caps, alongside a pair of simple cast-iron spearhead gates. The Old Church of St John itself is a scheduled monument, which is documented separately.
